Dear Colleagues,
In relation to the changes in the VAT Act, regarding the submission of data from 01 . 05 . 2013. < / b> NRA for delivered / received quantities of liquid fuels electronically published in the State paper 40 of 30.04.2013g., we inform you that after one hour of when the load is delivered and unloaded you must submit information in timely manner that you have received fuel from Lukoil and Naftex Petrol base containing:
- 1. UCN № (Unique Control Number) number and date of issuance of ADD;
- 2. License plate of the vehicle;
- 3. full name and ID of the driver;
- 4. Amount of fuel types;
- 5. full name and ID of the employee who delivered the fuel;
- 6. full name and ID of the employee who received the fuel at the place of the supply.
The information is to be submitted from 08:30 to 17:00 on the following telephone / fax: 032/962442; 966 978; 969 464 , Fax: 032/967799 or email : supply@light–commerce.com; info @ light – commerce . com .
We recommend you not to load fuel in the time span from 18:00 to 24:00 hours, especially to avoid the time span from 21:00 to 24:00 due to inability to submit data to the NRA after our working hours.
The recommendation shall enter into force from 00:00 to 01 . 05 . 2013. and will be valid until further notice from us.
